I am not quite sure if this is a hybrid fairway or an actual fairway wood. But the thing to do is measure the shaft tip to see what you will need (they may very well be a .350" diameter). The only information I can find is the stock Mitsubishi shaft weighed 93g in S-flex and had a soft tip.
