Acer XK Hybrid Length

I'm assembling a 3 hybrid with a True Ace Cadence Orange Hybrid shaft at S flex. The recommended length is 39.5" from your site. It seems that will be a little short. If I choose to extend it 1" will results be affected greatly?

Re:Acer XK Hybrid Length

The suggested lengths are based upon the head weight. If you were to make the club longer then it will feel more head heavy. Unfortunately there is no way to know ahead of time if this will have any affect on the performance for your game. If any consolation, try it longer first as it is easier to cut it down than extend it.

Jeff Summitt
