				<description><![CDATA[ Bob:<br> <br> I think it looks more professional with a ferrule.  The one I have been using that looks nice is the plain 1/2" black.<br> <br> For tip trimming, it is no different than any of our standard drivers as the bottom of bore to ground line measurement is the same.<br> <br> Just make sure the screw is in all the way before you apply epoxy.  Plus don't use an excessive amount.  For alignment purposes it will be much easier if the adapter is in the head.<br> <br> Jeff Summitt]]></description>
