Bob:

Do you mean this shaft or just something like it?
http://www.hirekogolf.com/hireko/orderportal/catalog_presentation/by_group/0/247/0/0/0/0/0

Better measure the Cleveland drivers too, because there is a good chance it may be a .350". In that case you will need the reducer ferrule.

Jeff Summitt

Re:Shaft comparison

Good morning Jeff, I sent you a reply to your question yesterday, I think. But somehow I dont think it went through so I'll pose it again.

I have a customer who would like to re-shaft his Cleveland Hi Bore with a shaft that has the same characteristics as the Aldila VS Proto VS-60.

I told him we might be able to get a shaft by Hireco and if so it would more than likely fit his budget a little better. Also it does have a .350 hosel and it will need an adapter.

Thanks again for your time,

The Clubmaker

Bob

Re:Shaft comparison

Bob:

There is some special material in that shaft to make it so light and yet stiff in the tip section. If you wanted a less expensive version that might be a few grams heavier, then you may want to suggest to your customer the Aldila NV65. In our private label shafts, and this is a slight stretch, look at the True Ace Cadence Red Ultralight 65.

Jeff Summitt
