				<description><![CDATA[ I have tried voice mail, email, chat online and I cant get a response about the grips I ordered 06/25/09......If I could get a hold of someone at the company I would cancel the order and never do business with the company again.....What a rip-off. I am sure that they wont have any trouble getting their money for the grips that were ordered on 06/25/09, filled 06/26/09 and show to ship on 11/30/99, is that 2099 or 1999??? I hope this is not business as usual for Hireko...This is my rant and I am sticking to it....]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I for one have never had any issues with Hireko.  I have always gotten my product ordered on time every time.  They are one of the few companies shipping Fed-Ex and I can order on Monday and get it the same week as Fed-Ex makes Saturday "home" deliveries on ground shipping.  I live on the eastern side of the U.S. and most shipments form CA take over a week to get.  Many thanks to Jeff for all his knowledge and the rest of the team at Hireko for the wonderful job they do.<br> <br> If something has gone wrong on their end it is an extremely rare occurrence.  My experience with most problems as this happens to be with the shipper and lost packages.<br> <br> I hope your problems are corrected.<br> <br> Tim B. <br> ]]></description>
