hosel size / shaft recomendation

Hi, I just got a Adams Golf Idea Pro Gold Tour hybrid head.
I do not know the hosel size, but also am confused about shaft. The head is 18 degrees. The true ace is either 80 grams or 75. Since my finished length was going to be 41 inches, the heavier shaft seems correct.
Thanks

You may want to measure carefully with a pair of calipers after you have removed the shaft or try to stick a spare .370" iron shaft into the hosel. The reason being is it will be either a .355" taper tip or a .370" parallel iron or hybrid shaft. In the past their Tour version heads have had the tapered shafts while everything else has been parallel.

Jeff Summitt

Thank you. Since your shafts appear to be .370 I can just ream with no issues. Right?

Just be sure to use sharp drill bits and not to push the stop at the bottom of the hosel in the body of the head.

Jeff Summitt
