It does take some time to calculate the shipping rates as it depends upon the weight of the package, dimesion of the box(es), having a correct address and courier will be used (Fex Ex, USPS, BAX, etc.). I did not get a copy of the equipment, but you can private email me and I will also look into why you have not recieved an answer yet.
