Acer XP 905 tours

Has anybody else had problems with the 905 XP tours. My 5 and 6 iron are starting to cave in. The forged insert on this club doesn't seem to be able to take the impact. It was a great feeling iron that gave decent distance but this design flaw is a problem not to mention it also rusts between the frame and insert. I have never bought from Hireko before but many swear buy them. I'm hoping Hireko comes good on all of these heads. I'm hoping that it is just a design flaw with this particular head and not all Hireko products are this poorly designed because they do offer competative prices. I have always been a Golfsmith customer but they can be a little pricey. From my first impression of the Acer, I guess you do get what you pay for.
