XF Leggera is the real deal! Review by James

I previously used a Taylormade Rocket ballz driver. Decided I wanted to try this out because of price . Every round I've played I've out driven my buddies by 30-40 yards. It's also lighter and doesn't feel like I'm hitting ball very hard, but the prof is in where it lands and the distance. Love the price and driver! (Posted on 7/9/2014)
XF Leggera Driver is a wiiner Review by Arizona Showbird

The Acer XF Leggera Titanium Driver has met all my expectation. I also think John must have got a bad product. But I’m sure the Hireko would have taken care of his compliant. I’m a 65 year old senior that plays about 150 rounds a year and have had this driver for over a year and it shows no more wear than any driver that has been used that much. I combined it with the Acer SuperLeggera Graphite shaft with an extra inch and midsize grip and combined it with a complete set of XF clubs, 3 Fairway Wood, 3,4,5 Hybrid and 5-SW irons. I took the driver out and played my old driver and the Leggera with the same ball twice. I measured my drives on every hole and easily was 15 yards longer and straighter. When I got the driver and new set of clubs I was a 19 handicapper. I’m currently a 12 after a year and a haft. The difference isn’t just the clubs, its practice, some lessons and a properly fitted set of clubs. I don’t have a problem with the sound. Any time you review a product, you must consider the Cost/Value, and no were can you get a driver of this quality at this cost, custom fit! (Posted on 1/8/2014)
XF Leggera Is Very Good If Not Great Review by tom in omaha

I can only guess that John got a bad sample. I have a 9 Degree XF Leggera built-up on a UST ProForce (stiff) Graphite. Its on the 2nd season with about 50 rounds, plus range time, with: (1) almost no visable wear (scuff/scratches) on the sole or faceplate and: (2) no paint chipping or peeling whatsoever. It hits long and straight. I'm giving it a 4-star rating and would give it a 5-star if it would sound just a little better. Its not overly "tinny" but does not give a "solid" sound like the Taylor-Made. But for the $100's of dollars difference, I can more than live with that. (Posted on 4/19/2013)
XF Leggera Driver a Big Disappointment Review by John

This is something for you to think about if you are going to order ANY of the XF Leggera Drivers. I got my beautiful XF Leggera and took it out to the range for 3 hours and the black paint mostly scraped off and the orange XF Letters the paint was chipped off of them. Why would a company sell you a driver head equipped with black paint that would scrape off if you brushed the ground with the driver while attempting to drive a golf ball? THINK ABOUT IT; have you ever seen a PING, NIKE,TITLEISTK TAYLORMADE or any other good name brand driver that the paint would chip off of? I DONT THINK SO! And then after being told that they would replace it with another head of my choice, put it on my shaft and ship it back to me; they (Hireko Golf) informed me that I would have to buy another head of my choice at full price because and GET THIS; scraped off or chipped off black paint was not a manufacturers defect and THEY HAD NEVER HAD ONE OF THESE LEGGERA HEADS returned to them before indicating that I was these very one and only golfer that had scraped the ground with said driver head while attempting to drive a golf ball. Do not expect Hireko Golf to treat you fairly if YOU happen to buy a Leggera from them and you notice that all of the paint was scraping or chipping off after you spent 3 hours on te range with it!
