Most items listed in the catalog are carried in stock and are shipped between 24-48 hours. Please use your street address (not a P.O. Box). Please see below for detailed shipping rates. When two or more boxes are shipped on the same day, it is possible they will not be delivered on the same day. Allow 2-3 days before contacting Hireko.

Some weight restrictions apply, call for details. All Air orders, which are not delivered on time, need to be reported within 15 days of receipt of order or no refund will be issued. All replacement orders will be shipped using the same method as the original order. Please call for a Return Authorization Number on returned goods.

PLEASE NOTE: Rate chart applies to all continguous U.S. destinations. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands based on weight and delivery.

Please, allow an additional 3-5 working days for assembled club orders. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of ordering. Please call for United States Postal Service delivery charges. Unless otherwise indicated, products are shipped from City of Industry, CA.

We offer competitive international shipping rates and quick order fulfillment in most countries. We accept credit cards and wire transfer as payment.

International shipping rates are determined by weight, dimension and zone. You must contact our customer support team for your international rate. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and additional fees. All orders from outside the United States must be pre-paid in US dollars and are subject to normal import duty, taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country. If a customer refuses shipment due to duties and taxes, they will be liable for any costs incurred by Hireko Golf.

If your shipment arrives damaged please contact support@hirekogolf.com or call (626) 330-5525 and we will assist you in replacing it. In the event that you would like to return any merchandise purchased from Hireko Golf that is not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for any shipping cost you may incur.

Hireko is not responsible for fees charged by Fedex, UPS, Post Office or other shippers in instances where the customer provides Hireko with incorrect ship to or bill to address information (Street, City, State, Zip Code, etc.). Shipper correction fees will be the responsibility of the customer and the customer will therefore be charged for such fees.

These correction fees are applicable on orders generated from the following sources: phone orders, internet, email, regular postal mail, fax, edi, or other electronic means.
