Hi Harold,
The Apollo Shadow FL will be lighter. The Shadow UL might be closer to the specs of the shaft you referred to.

I want to use this shaft (Iron shaft) which is 0.335 tip size, in my iron hostel of 0.355. Is this possible with a copper crown?

I would not recommend it. The wood shafts were never intended for heavier heads than a 7-wood (230 grams at most). It is hard to know what flex you will end up with, but it will be more flexible. Plus the shaft is long. By the time you butt trim to an iron length, you would be cutting quite a lot off of the butt end the grip will cover up the logo and reduce final grip size. You are better off ordering the iron shaft and carefully sanding the tip to a tapered profile. Here is a brief article how. https://www.hirekogolf.com/blog/post/can-you-sand-a-370-graphite-shaft-to-fit-a-355-taper-tip-hosel
