I just ordered the Pinhawk hybrid club heads (4-PW) and hybrid shafts but the tip trim only goes to the 5 hybrid? I want to but trim to 37.5" (7 iron)? Should I tim trim all to 2-2.5"?

You have 5.5" of parallel tip, so you have ample length to tip trim additionally. The Pinhawk SLH hybrids weigh what a 7-iron would be. You could tip trim 3" off of each tip. If you only tip trim 2.5", then is will be about 1/4 flex softer than the shaft you purchased.

Ladies Flex tip trim question. I have a 226g #4 hybrid and a 238g #6 hybrid. What is the tip trim for these?

UST has trimming options for the #1-5 hybrid. The #4 would be to tip trim 0.5" and the #5 would be to tip trim 1". You can tip trim 1" as well for the #6 hybrid or there is 4.75" of parallel tip section if you wanted to tip trim slightly more.
