What is the material used in these weights? I need to trim them for specific weight needs and need to be able to cut them easily with a wire cutter or something similar.

Dan,
These are brass. Try scoring them where you want them cut and snap it off to ensure you don't close off the air hole.

Do you know the length of these?
The pic makes it appear fairly long
could this be an issue if it exceeds bore length of head ?
Thanks

Dave,
I don't have one in front of me, but these are long (maybe 2.25" - 2.5") and thus will exceed the hosel length. Hireko has been selling these for more than a dozen years and I can't remember a customer calling about the shaft breaking as a result of using these.

Will these fit inside the small diameter hole on Aerotech Steelfiber shafts without drilling the hole larger?
Question by: Mike on Nov 23, 2023, 4:16 AM
The stem diameter is only 0.155” so these should fit virtually any graphite shaft. Since there are quite a few models of SteelFiber shafts, I would check the ID of the one you have with a set of calipers.
