Which flex would you recommend for somebody with swing speed of 89-93mph (R or S) ? Thanks

It depends upon your tempo. If it slow to moderate, R-flex should be fine, but if you have a tendency to get quick or have a shorter swing arc, you may want S-flex.

Is there a big difference in the R flex and A flex stiffness? I noticed the both have 3" parallel tip section. Is the difference in the mid section?

There is approximately a 10 cpm difference in the frequency and that difference is spread out starting after the parallel tip section.
