What is the difference between the XS and XV irons? Do either have Flex Techology (High COR)? Or any other technology to improve ball speed?

Dave,

Neither have the "flex face" technology. The main difference is the XV series has more offset across the board, but their functions are similar.

Ron,

You can access the tip trimming by going to the shaft product page and clicking on the specifications tab above the description. On the far right is a column that says Trim Code. In this case it says IH18. If you click on on it will hyperlink to this box with the recommended trimming.
