What is the inside diameter of these putter shafts? I have a putter with a post on it and it is roughly .323. Does this shaft over that post?

The ID is @ 0.310". You would have to sand the post to make the shaft fit.

Unfortunately no. The Odyssey Rossi II uses a proprietary bend putter shaft.
