Hello Is it possible to custom order this putter in 28 inch without having to cut down and change shaft swing weight? Im looking at the Apollo Shaft and Karma grip. Thanks.

Gavin,
We can likely cut it down to 28", but you will need to email customer service or put in the request under the special comment section at the end of the order. However, if you change length, you automatically change swingweight.

a selection may be made for 38 inch putter shaft but the club length choices top out at 35.5 inches. What am i missing?

Nothing, we simply reduce the number of options to make it less confusing to those that order. Most commercially available putters go from 34-35 inches. If you need to order that putter longer than 35.5", please call our customer service department to order and make the special request.
