the 3rd time I used the putter, the face insert popped out. how to repair?

Hugh,
Contact customer service about returning the club for replacement or you can try to repair yourself. Apply fast-setting epoxy or super glue to the back of the insert and some in the face cavity, press and hold (tape will work as well) until the adhesive has cured.
