I have purchased and received this epoxy, product 16756A/8200B, part #G-401, Black. The only discription it shows is that it is a 24 hour cure.
I would like to know the work/set up time and pot time.

Approximately how many irons should I be able to shaft with this size tube? I have used the small packs available on this website before and consistently gotten 3 per packet. However, those packets do not have a size/weight on them so I'm not sure how this 1.5oz setup would compare.

Much will depend upon how much waste that you have at the end. But you should be able to easily make up 3 dozen clubs and more.

For golf clubs, I would limit the shelf life to 2 years and if you have any remaining, use for household repairs.

What epoxy is stronger…this high impact epoxy (no shear psi listed), or the other 24 hour Dynacraft epoxy that has a listed shear strength of 4500psi?

The shear strength of this epoxy is 3000 psi, which is more than adequate for assembling golf clubs.
