Does the book cover re-shafting of modern adjustable drivers.

It does not cover shaft removal from adjustable adapters, but the principles are basically the same as a bonded driver. The adapter (with shaft) can be removed from the head, heated and pulled. You'll need to be cautious of damaging the or crushing the top of some of these adapters.
