what's the shaft length for graphite for these clubs? 37.5" like the SLH? or just 37" as described in the Product Description section?

Our standard men's length for graphite shafts is 37.5" for swingweighting purposes.

What is the swing weight for the club? If I order the club length 1/2 minus, does the assembled club have a lighter swing weight or you adjust it to the standard swing weight?

If you order the club 1/2" under standard, the swingweight will be 3 points lighter than standard. We will not adjust the swingweight for length or for grip weight.
