If I can mix the hybrids and the irons, are they still all the same weight?
Question by: Bob on Oct 25, 2016, 1:03 PM
Correct, the head weights are all the same. Now overall weight can change if you pick a different shaft for the hybrids than the irons.

Do you despatch to the uk? Do you have a uk fitting centre?
Thanks
Thanks

Martin,
We can ship to the UK. We do not have a specific fitting shop as we sell to independent clubmakers who make, fit and repair clubs for their local area.

Do you have a publication about these clubs? I don't understand how they can work. Isn't length the primary reason for distance? Longer clubs should generate more speed and speed is squared in the force equation. Mass is a factor but a relatively small one.
Question by: Bob on Jun 15, 2017, 9:18 AM
Bob,
Loft is the primary reason for distance and length is secondary. Most fairway wood sets have 3 degree increments between clubs, where as these are 4 degrees to offset the slight change in swing speed due to the length.

Samuel,
We use 37" for steel, while graphite is 1/2" longer (37.5"). Ladies lengths are 1" less than those.

I've got a Pinhawk iron set with Apollo stepless steel shaft : which shaft do you recommend for Pinhanw SL Hybrid ?
Question by: Julian on Aug 6, 2017, 5:13 AM
Julian,
You could use the same shaft in the hybrid, it doesn't have to be graphite. If you did want to go with graphite, I would suggest a heavier model with a mid launch to match the steel shaft in the irons. An example of that would be an Apollo Shadow graphite (standard and not the UL or FL version).
