This is a product that just suspends or traps materials. What you need is an epoxy to bond the emblem to the head.

Do I need to purchase syringe together, or can this product work alone?

This products works alone. You might want to cut down a plastic drinking straw if your pour this product down the hosel in order to eliminate additional clean up.
