Is this club really USGA conformed? What about not permitted "holes through the face; holes through the head" ?

This head was submitted prior to Jan 1, 2010 when the groove rule went into effect and came back as conforming for the rules at the time. If you play while under the Condition of Competition, there is high likelihood the grooves wouldn't pass the new, stricter groove rule. However, this head does not have holes through the head anywhere.

Does this wedge come in other loft's? Later, maybe?

This is a very unusual wedge in that placed square to the target the loft is 52º. However the sole is tapered and allows the face to roll open. When it sits naturally the loft is @ 64º. However, we have no immediate plans of offering any other lofts at this time.

Does the Sand Blaster Wedge currently (2017) conform to USGA Rules?

This is a model that was made long before the 2010 groove rule. It was submitted before then and was ruled conforming. However, it may not meet the current groove rule if you play under the Condition of Competition.
