Can these putter hosel adapters be bent once installed to accommodate adjustments in loft and lie?
Question by: Phil on Mar 12, 2013, 12:56 PM
Phil:

The hosel pieces are made of stainless steel, which are normally bendable. You are going to have to tighten the screws securely and make sure you have a very good putter bending machine that will not allow the head to move when you attempt to bend the hosel. I doubt you can change the loft, but you may have a chance to adjust the lie slightly.

how much offset does the have? can the offset be adjusted?
Question by: john on Aug 1, 2013, 10:53 AM
John,

The offset will have to do with where the socket is located relative to the leading edge of the face. But to put that into perspective, the slant has 0.185" more offset than the straight neck (no offset) adapter and 0.185" less than the plumber's neck adapter (full offset).

can these be bent/adjusted for lie/offset?
Question by: john on Aug 12, 2013, 8:21 AM
John,

The are constructed from 431 stainless, so from a material standpoint could be bent. From a practical side, they may not as you are relying on the little over 1/2" post to absorb all the force after it has been epoxied into place.

Can this be used on a LH putter for the conversion i.e. turned 180 deg around?
Question by: Mike on Sep 5, 2013, 6:00 PM
Mike,

It was designed as a RH product only. If you did place it into a LH putter with a 90 degree socket, it would create negative offset.

Hi, would this fit on the Taylormade TP Collection Berwick? I want to change the putter from face balanced to slight toe hang. Would this hosel help to achieve that? Thank you.
Question by: Samuel Tan on Jan 21, 2021, 10:40 PM
The Slant Hosel Putter Adapter works in a right-handed putter with a 90 degree socket. I believe the Berwick has a post the shaft fits over so there would be no place to insert the adapter.

Would this fit on a scotty select squareback? Im not sure and want to confirm before buying?
Question by: Gabe on Mar 30, 2024, 2:31 PM
I believe the Select Squareback putter has a post that the shaft fits over so this product will not fit. The slant putter adapter will only work on right handed putters with a 0.370" socket that is bored 90 degrees into the head.
