i have use the opti-vibe weight but do not have the cap you show is this weight also used as as counter weight use at the end of the grip instead of internal

The Opti-Vibe is used strictly as a mid-weight or positioned between 4-10 inches from the butt end. The Tour Lock Pro is the item you want for the very end of the grip.

Is this counterweight system compatible with the Super Stroke plus Fatso 2.0XL grip? This is a grip that is 14" in length, weighs 85 grams, that has a removable top to accommodate a weight.

Yes they will fit. One thing to keep in mind when installing them is to make sure to turn them to preserve the foam.
