We have not submitted the club to the USGA for a formal ruling, but there is nothing in the design like the volume, COR, etc that would make the clubhead itself non-conforming.

what is the difference in XV and XF offset driver?

Jim,

The XV version has the lighter crown (lower center of gravity), Gravity Port (for weighting) and the Power Chamber Sole (for greater ball speed over a larger portion of the face.

I slice my current driver off the tee 80% of the time. Is this the right driver for me?

If the current driver you have is not offset, then yes this would be a good recommendation to help remedy your slice.
