Hi all
Just fitted a shaft tipped regular to a Dynacraft prophet blade 7 iron .
Launch and fee fantastic but after the session old wrist and elbow problems rose their heads again.
I am presently using graphite shafts because of this, is there a graphite shaft you could suggest. I was thinking balistic by Appollo as I use Appollo shafts almost exclusively when building sets for other players.
I will fit whatever you suggest in the seven iron before buying a number of shafts.

Hi Ken,
If you are looking for more dampening, a heavier shaft (thicker walled) will do slightly better like the Shadow Graphite. However, it and the Balistik won't quite have the same high launch angle. Something like the SK Fiber Tour Trac 75 would be a more comparable shaft. Of course it would be best if I knew what graphite shaft you are currently using.

Is it ok to tip trim the Apollo shadow lite halfway in between r and s as a custom trim? I
am a senior now but still swing hard. I don't want to give up too much control.

Yes, that is the beauty of using parallel tip shafts is you can adjust the tip trimming to create softer, stiffer or in-between flexes.

Do you have a picture of the step pattern. The website only shows what seems to be a stepless shaft. Thank you

I don't have a picture of the Apollo Shadow Lite step pattern as it is variable. From the first step, there are nine 1/2" steps then the step pattern varies as it becomes larger.
