The hosel is too short and insertion depth too deep on this model to be able to adjust the lie.

Yes, the spec weight includes the weight of the screws.
The face angle of the #2-5 are 1/2º closed and the rest are square faced.
The #5 hybrid in the System Q is recommended to be 39" with steel as the weight is 244g. That is essentially the weight of a 3-iron and thus should be tip trimmed as a 3-iron. If you want a shorter length, this will require heavier screws. The screws for the new Acer XV will fit with the heaviest weight being 12g. The screw inside the System Q are 6g so you would need to replace two 6 gram screws with two 12 grams screws so you can make the club 1" shorter and closer to the assembly length you want.

At the time we submitted them prior to Jan 1, 2010, they did come back as conforming to the Rules of Golf. With the change in the groove rule, I doubt they would pass the more stringent standard for those that play under the Condition of Competition. The Power Play Select 5000 was the other hybrid you were thinking about that did not come back with a conforming ruling.
This means they have a face forward design like a fairway wood. Offset is the amount how far forward the leading edge of the hosel is ahead of the leading edge of the face. A negative number shows how far behind the leading edge of the hosel is compared to the leading edge of the face.

The answer is both yes and no. These are an older model that was produced long before the 2010 groove rule was even drafted. When we submitted these heads, they did conform to the Rules of Golf at the time and would in effect be grandfathered in. The only exception would be when the Condition of Competition is in effect, which few golfers compete under.
The Power Play System Q hybrid was retired almost 2 years now. The Acer XV hybrids (3, 4 and 5) would be the most similar today, but we did not replace the 6-wedges. We only offer two full sets of hybrids and of the two, look at the XDS React.

INTERNATIONAL

MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES
Address Correction Fees
Hireko is not responsible for fees charged by Fedex, UPS, Post Office or other shippers in instances where the customer provides Hireko with incorrect ship to or bill to address information (Street, City, State, Zip Code, etc.). Shipper correction fees will be the responsibility of the customer and the customer will therefore be charged for such fees.
These correction fees are applicable on orders generated from the following sources: phone orders, internet, email, regular postal mail, fax, edi, or other electronic means.
WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge. The customer is responsible for freight to Hireko to return the defective product. Hireko will return the replacement product (or returned product if not deemed under warranty) at no charge. Claims are subject to verification of the defect or malfunction. Submit clear pictures and proof of purchase confirmed by the original dated sales receipt for us to decide if the product will be covered under warranty prior to shipping your repair back to us for inspection. Products not purchased directly from Hireko or hirekogolf.com must be returned to the original retailer. Warranty claims may take up to 45 days to process from time of receipt.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use.
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
- Product loss or theft
- Any alterations made to the product not specifically intended by the product's design, including cosmetic and structural changes.
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
- Damages incurred during transportation.
- Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance.
- Clubhead dents anywhere except on the face of a club.
- Shafts broken in the middle of the club.
- Custom golf clubs ordered online cannot be returned if they do not fit the golfer; buyer assumes the risk when ordering.
- Chipped paint or scuff marks
- Clubhead cracks not made from clubface contact.
