The Juggernaut Max irons are designed for golfers seeking maximum distance combined with pin-point accuracy. The FlexFace technology incorporates a high-strength forged 17-4 stainless steel face with variable thickness to push the COR to the maximum limit. The thinner face improves the weight distribution for an ultra-low and deep center of gravity. This not only increases ball speed for greater distance but results in straighter shots. Developed with modern lofts to work with today’s lightweight and higher launching shafts and designed for a broad range of golfers looking for the ultimate performance.

Built a lot of clubs from Hireko, and wondering when these were released and how they compare to the ping clone clubs? Thank you for your time
Question by: Ed Risha on Feb 12, 2023, 5:22 PM
Our first shipment arrived December 2022. These are original designs and not clones of any brand name product.
Answer by: Jeff Summitt on Feb 13, 2023, 5:20 AM
Today if you are going to be successful club builder you have to have clubs that you can give customers what fits them . That is why Hireko should be casting Iron heads with 2 degrees flat and same with upright . Bending 17-4 is not a good thing and Ping has used 17-4 for years but give many options .
Question by: Don Oneill on Apr 30, 2024, 11:34 AM
Don,

While I would love to have heads cast this way, there is just not enough demand to warrant two additional sets of tooling to create an upright and flat set.

Are these USGA conforming?
Question by: Jim Hoover on Mar 12, 2023, 6:23 PM
These have not been submitted to the USGA for a formal ruling.

What feral works with this club head?
Question by: Scot Davis on Jul 10, 2023, 7:51 PM
Any of our standard iron ferrules will work with this head. The one that is pictured is the 1/2" tall, all black model with the code FR1013-001. https://www.hirekogolf.com/ferrule-black-1-2-in-fr1013.html
Answer by: Jeff Summitt on Jul 11, 2023, 5:33 AM
Do irons come with choice of flex of shafts? I need stiff?
Question by: Mark Donoghue on Jul 13, 2023, 8:41 PM
This product is for the club head only. We currently do not offer any custom assembled clubs at this time. You could purchase the shafts and grips separately and have the clubs built locally.
Answer by: Jeff Summitt on Jul 14, 2023, 5:34 AM
Fyi... I am a professional club builder and was able to bend the lie angle of my test 7I from 62.75, down to 62. It took some careful effort, but was doable. The best one could hope for is probably around +/- 1 degree. However, bending the loft angle is very difficult, and probably something to avoid if possible (+/- 1/2 degree is about all one can hope for, and only if you are careful).
1. How do the face thickness of these irons compare to the Prophet CBs. I noticed that the loft/lie specs are the same. Are these faces thinner?
2. What is the reason for the weird jump in lie angels between the 6, 7, and 8 irons, and why wouldn't they normally be 1/2 degree graduated?
Question by: Nate on Sep 24, 2023, 7:10 PM
Nate,

The face is essentially the same thickness as the Prophet CB's. The lie angles are based on several successful models we have made over the years with the same face profile but with improved features.
Answer by: Jeff Summitt on Sep 25, 2023, 5:37 AM
What shaft would you recommend with these irons? I was looking at the black steel stepless by Apollo
Question by: Wade Kilpatrick on Jan 1, 2023, 1:41 PM
There is no one recommended shaft for the Juggernaut Max irons. I would base the choice on what shaft or shaft specifications you have used lately that you have hit well.
Answer by: Jeff Summitt on Jan 2, 2023, 5:41 AM
Can these irons be bent 2 degrees flat ?
Thank You
Question by: charlie weberman on Sep 21, 2023, 3:59 PM
The Juggernaut Max irons are constructed from 17-4 stainless steel and will be extremely difficult to bend at all.

I'm a long-time Hireko client, and having been around to see multiple line-ups come and go: this new Juggernaut Max iron has impressed me as a stand-out. R&D did a fantastic job of, seemingly, homogenizing the best features of the Dynacraft Prophet CB Flex Face with the previous Juggernaut iron together in a package I find even more visually/aesthetically pleasing. I do not prefer offset irons when looking down at the club at address, and clever design seems to me to visually lessen the look of offset. Now to performance: unreal distance and ball-speed gains were easily had when comparing other models against this on our launch monitor, and the feel is quite astonishing when one expects the typically thin & clicky feel of a flex face iron and receives a nice muted sound & haptic feedback. I will be building quite a few of these sets for customers and possibly myself in the days to come. Buy with confidence. Cheers from MA!
