FAQs: Why are you moving? For the past 40+ years, Hireko has operated in the Greater Los Angeles area. With our rapid growth in the past 5 years, we exceeded our capacity. Our move to the new 72,000 sq. ft. location is driven by our commitment to providing an improved customer experience. The new facility offers more space to expand and modern amenities that will allow us to better serve you.
What if I need to pay a bill by mail or send a return? Going forward, please only use the new address to avoid delays when we receive them.
Will your contact information change? No, our phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same. You can reach out to us just as you always have.
Will there be any disruptions to your services during the move? We're working diligently to ensure a smooth transition, and we anticipate minimal disruptions to our services during the moving process. However, you will see some items on backorder such as epoxy, tape, and shafts. We are working as fast as we can to get those items back in stock. Our priority is to continue providing you with the exceptional service you expect from us.
When will you be fully operational at the new location? We're targeting September 8th as our official start date at the new address, although we have been moving and shipping products for the past 3 months. Leading up to this date, we'll keep you updated on any developments to ensure a seamless transition.
